1. 凹洞的改善是永久的，不會隨著時間而復發，除非有新的痘痘產生。
2. 皮下切割本身就是一種讓皮膚再次受傷的過程，因此，在傷口癒合的過程中，重新產生往下拉扯的纖維束，又形成凹陷。因此，皮下切割的理論很好，但實際經驗上，效果並不佳。
3. 微針滾輪事實上是在模擬飛梭雷射的效果，但因其缺乏熱能，未對膠原蛋白的加熱，因此就算做了很多次，效果仍很有效。
4. TCA是強酸，無法對於大面積的凹疤做治療，因為它是利用強酸所造成的傷害，讓皮膚癒合，而讓凹洞黏起來，但這本身也是一種疤痕組織，因此無法作用於全臉。
5. 這些我都不進行。有的是效果不佳，有的則是對於黃種人的膚質，並不適用。
6. 我們診所對於凹疤，以飛梭雷射的治療為主。
7. 若您住美國，凹陷型的痘疤也很嚴重，Dr. Rapaport應是可以考慮的，雖然我不認識他，只看過他網站的資料而已。不過感覺他的經驗應是蠻豐富的。
